No worn clothing or items with signs of use can be returned for reimbursement of the cost.
CAPE2MILANO holds the right to use the images reproduced on the site by artists and designers.
NO USE OR REPRODUCTION BY THIRD PARTIES IS PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.
SALES PRICES
1 - All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the Site include VAT and any other tax that may be applicable in relation to the sale.
2 - The cost of shipping and transport, if applicable, will be clearly indicated and displayed before completing the order.
3 - Product prices may be subject to updates. The customer is required to ascertain the final sales price before placing the relevant order. The obvious material error reported in the price on the Site compared to the commonly known price of the chosen product gives CAPE2MILANO the right not to confirm the shipment and proceed with an immediate refund of the value of the purchase paid by the customer without the latter being able to object exceptions in this regard.

RESPONSIBILITY
1 - CAPE2MILANO assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure such as, by way of example, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract within the agreed times.
2 - CAPE2MILANO will not be liable towards any party or third party for damages, losses and costs suffered following failure to execute the contract for the causes mentioned above, the customer having the right only to a refund of the price paid.
3 - Likewise, CAPE2MILANO is not responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, when paying for the products purchased. In fact, at no time during the purchase procedure is CAPE2MILANO able to know the customer's credit card number which, by opening a protected connection, is transmitted directly to the banking service manager.
4 - The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
1 – Minors are strictly prohibited from placing an order on the Site.
2 - The data entered during the purchase phase must be exclusively your real personal data and not that of third parties or fictitious data. CAPE2MILANO reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of all consumers.
3 - The customer indemnifies CAPE2MILANO from any liability deriving from the issuing of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the customer, being himself solely responsible for the correct insertion.

Store Policy
1. Whenever you use this website, the Privacy Policy applies at all times
in force. You are therefore required to read this document to verify its compliance.
2. The personal data you provide to us will be processed in a Cape 2 Milano responsibility archive for the purpose of:
a) execute and apply the contract for the purchase and sale of the products, or any existing contract between the two parties;
b) satisfy requests, e
c) provide information regarding the products of CAPE2MILANO or any other brand including, with regard to the aforementioned products, the possibility of sending commercial communications via email or any other electronic means (such as SMS), as well as

d) In the event of providing personal data of third parties, the person providing them will be responsible for making known the use of such data and obtaining the relevant explicit consent. In the event that you have purchased a product or gift card, the third party data provided will be used for
following purposes: (a) manage and/or verify the correct receipt of the corresponding product and; (b) satisfy any doubts, requests and/or suggestions that may arise regarding the aforementioned product.

Shipping Policy
Delivery within approximately 3-7 working days from the moment the package is commissioned to the courier.
For remote areas (e.g. for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) it may take 8 working days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ships the next business day after payment confirmation.
Orders may be subject to delays in shipping during the following holiday periods: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, week of August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, week of December 25th, December 31st.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or during Italian holidays will be processed starting from the first following working day.
The shipping cost is €10 in Italy, €15 for the rest of Europe and free for all orders over €100. The cost is fixed and does not change based on the quantity of product shipped if within 2kg of total weight.
